1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 199bd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 199bd website located at https://199bd.net, including all associated pages, features, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

Your continued use of the 199bd Platform following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. • You have not previously been self-excluded from 199bd or been permanently banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals must be made using your own funds from accounts held in your own name.

199bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, during large withdrawal requests, or at any other time at the Company's sole discretion. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified by 199bd may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 199bd services, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 199bd will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify 199bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 199bd shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 199bd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 199bd bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your 199bd wallet balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Typical bKash and Nagad deposit processing times are under 30 seconds.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 199bd account.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using forged documents during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 199bd cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions where required by law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider for deposits made to 199bd. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically claiming bonuses with no intention of genuine play, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or engaging in bonus-clearing strategies on low-risk wagers in breach of bonus terms.

• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law without the protection of a valid licence applicable to that jurisdiction.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

199bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of a technical error that has incorrectly credited funds to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Voluntary Account Closure

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted, 199bd's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 199bd's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 199bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments & Governing Law
